Arizona ESA and PSD letter pricing

One flat fee per letter. No subscriptions, no renewal traps, and nothing charged unless a licensed Arizona clinician approves you.

HIPAA Compliant
256-bit SSL Encrypted
FHA Compliant Letters
ADA Compliant Letters
No Charge If Not Approved

Flat pricing, charged only after approval

You will not find a subscription here, an auto-renewal, or a cheap headline price that grows once you reach checkout. Each letter has one price. Your card is authorized when you book and charged only once a licensed Arizona clinician approves your letter. If they decline, the authorization is released and you keep your money.

Every price below covers the clinical consultation, the signed PDF letter, and free re-issues if your housing provider needs a correction.

What is included in every letter

The consultation itself

A live evaluation with a clinician who holds a current Arizona license. This is the part that makes the letter meaningful, and it is never skipped.

The signed PDF

Written on clinical letterhead with the provider's name, license type and signature, formatted the way Arizona property managers expect to see it.

Free corrections

Wrong unit number, a new address mid-lease, or a property manager who wants the animal named differently? We reissue at no cost.

Every Arizona city

Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Yuma, Flagstaff, Prescott and beyond.

Secure handling

Your information travels over 256-bit encryption and is stored under HIPAA-aligned controls. It is never sold.

A straight answer

If an ESA letter will not do what you need, your clinician says so and points you to the option that will, including doing nothing.

What is not included, and why we say so

  • Guaranteed approval. The clinician makes an independent decision. Any service promising approval before an evaluation is not running a real clinical process.
  • Guaranteed landlord acceptance. No letter can force a housing provider to say yes. We give you strong documentation and tell you honestly what to do if you are refused.
  • Registrations, certificates, ID cards or vests. None of these carry legal weight in the United States. We do not sell them and we would rather you did not buy them elsewhere.
  • Legal advice. We are a clinical service, not a law firm. For a dispute, talk to the Arizona Attorney General's Civil Rights Division or a fair housing attorney.

Payment and billing

We accept major credit and debit cards through an encrypted payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Your statement shows a single charge with no recurring billing attached to it. Refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page.

Pricing and billing questions

When exactly am I charged?

Your card is authorized when you book and captured only after a clinician approves your letter. If you are not approved, the authorization is released, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a single charge for a single letter. There is no auto-renewal and no membership.

Do you charge extra for a rush?

No. Fifteen-minute delivery after approval is the standard service for most Arizona clients, not a paid upgrade.

What if I need both an ESA letter and a PSD letter?

Raise it during your consultation. In almost every case one document is the right fit, and your clinician will tell you which. We are not going to sell you two letters you do not need.

Can I get a refund if my landlord rejects the letter?

Read the refund policy for the full terms. In short, we will first reissue or clarify the letter at no charge, since most refusals come down to a formatting or detail issue that is quickly fixed.
