Online support: 24 hours a day, every day

Service area

The entire state of Arizona. All consultations happen online, so you can book from anywhere in the state.

Chat with us right now

The live chat button sits in the bottom corner of every page on this site. Someone is on it 24 hours a day, and it is the quickest way to get an answer about booking, pricing or a letter you already have.

Or write to us

Email works just as well. To save a round trip, include:

  • The email address you booked with, if you are already a client.
  • The approximate date of your appointment.
  • For a correction, your original letter and the exact wording your property manager asked for.

Please leave medical details out of email and chat. Bring those to your consultation, where they travel over an encrypted, HIPAA-aligned channel.

Faster than emailing us

Some things you can handle right now without waiting for a reply.

  • Need a letter? Book an appointment and pick a time. Same-day slots are usually available.
  • Wondering what it costs? Everything is listed on the pricing page, including what is and is not included.
  • Landlord pushing back? Start with our Arizona ESA laws page, which covers the 2026 rule change and what to do if you are denied.
  • Need a correction? Email us with your original letter attached and the exact change your property manager asked for. Re-issues are free.

If you are in crisis, please do not wait for an email reply. Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time of day, anywhere in the United States. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. We are not an emergency service and we cannot respond to urgent clinical situations.

Where to complain about us, if it comes to that

Start by emailing us so we can fix it. If we cannot resolve it, you have real options: the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection unit handles consumer complaints, the relevant Arizona licensing board handles complaints about a specific clinician, and the HHS Office for Civil Rights handles privacy complaints. We list all three below because a company that hides them is not one you should trust with your health information.

Contact questions

How quickly will you reply?

Most support emails get an answer within a couple of hours. Online support runs 24 hours a day, and our office is staffed from 7 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week.

Can I call you?

We work primarily over email and scheduled video or phone consultations, which keeps our clinicians available for appointments. Email us and we can arrange a call-back if your question genuinely needs one.

Can I send my medical records by email?

Please do not email sensitive health information. Bring it to your consultation instead, where it travels over an encrypted, HIPAA-aligned channel.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

Use the link in your booking confirmation email, or write to support and we will move it for you. There is no rescheduling fee.

I need my records or want my data deleted. Who do I contact?

Email support with the subject line 'Privacy request'. Our privacy policy explains what you can request and how long it takes.
